Federal Signs was a great company to work with. They did quality work and our new lettering looks awesome! They were very efficient and walked with us through the entire process to make sure we loved the work.
Bill, Donna and Bill Jr. run a top class operation. They were timely in their responses over both email and phone calls, and met my deadline for an event we were having. The quality of the sign is excellent and Bill Jr's custom design was everything we ever wanted. Every patient that comes in notices our new sign! Thanks again!
The truth is that we never serviced the sign at all. We did not take any deposits or leave the sign half lit. That claim is completely false. We have been in business for over 80 years with a very high referral rate and a great reputation.
Worst service I've ever received. After a month of making appointments they never finished the job! I'd be very careful giving this company any deposits on any sign work. I now have a half lit sign and I've never received a call back after months of calls. Totally burnt me
